The client required an administrative system that could use existing resources and manage the prepaid card management and distribution. The basic requirements that the application needed to cater were:

• A secure and privilege based dashboards that could help in tracking each card status.
• Audit Trail
• The system should maintain distribution hierarchy.
• Reports can be exported to Excel and CSV.
• Email Notification

Solution

Cygnet Delphi Team designed Debit Card application that could be used for various purposes such as Money Transfers, Gift vouchers, Telephone calling cards, bill payments across various countries, Travel arrangements etc. The team implemented a Multi Administrator and Multi user system.

Base application comprised of generation and distribution of prepaid cards that could be accessed from the authorized websites/ third party tools of client to make payment and utilized in various money related services provided by client. Some of the features of the application comprise of:

• The system can be accessed by only authorized user and merchants which involves numbers of restriction imposed by distribution hierarchy.
• Various reports that helped the management to keep track of card utilization.
