At Cygnet, we maintain a dedicated Testing Team completely independent of our Development Team also the managers are different for both, for Testing we have Testing manager rather than Project Manager. Team members work in a collaborative manner to form a cohesive team with our clients and stake holders.

Dedicated team of testers ensures that bugs are not suppressed and brought to relevant stake holder’s attention at right time and in a right manner thus the issue is corrected at appropriate stage itself.

Testers employed at Cygnet fall in two categories

• Testers with technical skills and coding experience
• Testers with testing exposure having experience from various backgrounds on various domains.
