Cygnet offered a solution that aimed to get rid of the manual entry of the status of the devices in excel and provide a solution to manage the floor plan and track the devices’ status actively. Mainly involved in maintaining the floor devices, the admin and the manager raised tickets of the non-operational devices on the floors that needed to get fixed by the technician.
